Graduates, their guests, faculty, and platform party members can begin arriving at 12:30 pm when the general admission doors to the LeClerc Theater open.
Graduates
Graduates are asked to arrive no later than 1:00 pm and to already be fully robed when they arrive. Upon arriving, graduates should enter the main front entrance of LeClerc Hall and follow the directional signage to the graduate robing room in the adjacent MBK Gymnasium.
Faculty & Platform Party
Faculty and platform are asked to arrive no later than 1:00 pm and to already be fully robed when they arrive. Upon arriving, graduates should enter the main front entrance of LeClerc Hall and follow the directional signage to the faculty/platform party robing room in the adjacent MBK Gymnasium.
